Integrated engineering services
From the first design to project handover: four principal services, supported by a full schedule of engineering and consulting services.
Our main services
Architectural design
Request this serviceThe practice provides innovative architectural design that meets our clients requirements and expresses the depth and beauty of the architectural tradition. Our designs rest on engineering solutions that account for construction cost, energy consumption, use of space and compliance with official requirements, with close attention to aesthetic detail.
Structural drawings
Request this serviceThe practice prepares detailed structural drawings to the best professional standards, ensuring safety and compliance with every official requirement. This eases the issue of building permits, assists the work of construction contractors, and prevents the errors and rework that cost clients time, effort and money.
Field supervision
Request this serviceAl-Andalusia provides third-party site supervision for construction projects, through a team of engineers of long field experience and to the highest professional standards of supervision. The supervision work is published on the projects page alongside the design work, documented by supervision contracts, stage handover records, and completion and occupancy certificates. Our clients in this area include a general contracting firm that appointed an independent supervisor for its own building.
Interior design
Request this serviceThe practice provides detailed interior design drawings covering decor, furniture and interior finishes, in keeping with our clients taste and composing the elements of a space into a single coherent whole.

- Supervision contractAn agreement for engineering supervision on site: scheduled visits, checking the work against the approved drawings, and issuing progress reports.
- Technical reportA certified engineering report documenting the condition of a building or a technical issue, with the engineering opinion the relevant authority requires.
- Construction licensing servicesObtaining building permits and completing the municipal requirements on the owner's behalf, from submission through to issue of the licence.
- Khibrah platform, expert reportsPreparing engineering expert reports through the Khibrah platform for cases under review, including site inspection and technical assessment.
- Regularisation of existing buildingsRegularising the status of an existing building: surveying the as-built condition and preparing the drawings and documents needed to correct it.
- Structural modificationsStudying and designing changes to existing structural elements, with a check that the structure can carry the change.
- Surveying worksLand survey work: setting out boundaries and levels, and producing the survey drawings required for licensing or construction.
- Site-preparation licence contractThe contract required to obtain a site-preparation licence before construction work begins.
- Load certificateAn engineering certificate stating the loads a building or structural element can carry, usually required when adding floors or changing use.
- Drawing amendmentsAmending approved drawings to reflect the requested changes, and having them re-approved by the relevant authority.
- Services contractAn agreement for specific engineering services scoped to a project's needs, outside the design and supervision contracts.
- Pavement-use permitObtaining a permit to occupy the pavement or road temporarily during construction work.
- Facility safety reportA report documenting the structural safety of a facility and its compliance with the applicable safety requirements.
